Mondo Motion LLC is adding CDL-A owner-operators based in Florida Keys. We are not a load board and we are not a lease-purchase program. We are a dispatch and freight management carrier that builds your entire week in advance, pays you 86% of the gross line haul on the rate confirmation, and settles every Friday by direct deposit.

REQUIREMENTS
- Valid CDL-A license
- Own tractor — dry van or power-only preferred (must pass DOT annual inspection)
- Active operating authority, or willingness to lease on to Mondo Motion LLC
- Clean driving record and able to pass DOT drug screening
- Minimum 6 months verifiable OTR or regional experience (2+ years preferred)
- Professional, reliable owner-operators based in or near Florida Keys
