Industrial electrician needed to 440-volt from 220

At any rate, I need a removable system I can hook up to perhaps my 3 phase rotary phase converter to make 440 3 phase to run a drill press. Here is what I am talking about, as explained by another electrician (but you should already know about this):

I think you could be in another country and do this for me. You would need to ship me the wiring with hook ups for transformers etc. Complicated, but it could be done.
