Vintage Sears Craftsman 16' Telescoping Fiberglass Pruning Pole w/ 16" saw blade and integrated loppers. 71-86392. Power-Lever is a brand made by Fiskars. Bought over 30 years ago and for personal home use. I no longer have trees that I can use them on. Great quality tool built to last a long time. The blade is still sharp and has 90 teeth. There are 15" replacement blades with universal holes on Amazon.
