Hello, I'm looking for someone to take over my apartment lease at Gold Zone Ridge in Kent, OH. I'm moving on from my apartment sooner than expected thanks to a new opportunity, so I figured rather than leaving my unit vacant I'd try and find someone to fulfil a lease transfer with me. I'll be putting 600/mo towards your rent therefore making the rent 800/mo to another individual who could use the place (fully furnished) for the rest of the semester/lease (1/14/2027). Gold Zone Ridge is about a 1–2 minute walk from Kent State, so you can essentially walk out of your apartment and be on campus.
