Local property management company is looking for a maintenance technician for a large apartment community located in south King County. This is a full-time position with routine benefits (PTO, medical, dental, 401K, etc.). You must have basic hand tools. The schedule is Tuesday-Saturday with rotating on-call responsibilities.
