-Monitor online listings and resolve errors or missing information
-Help improve listing quality, productivity, and online sales performance
-Track assigned KPIs and provide regular progress reports
-Assist with website organization, promotions, and general e-commerce administration
-Coordinate with other departments to obtain missing product information
-Help create efficient and repeatable e-commerce processes
Qualifications
-Previous e-commerce, online listing, catalog-management, or product-data experience
-Strong computer, spreadsheet, data-entry, and internet research skills
-Excellent attention to detail
-Strong written communication skills
-Ability to manage a high volume of products and information
-Ability to work independently and meet measurable production goals
-Comfortable learning new software and online systems
-Strong organizational and time-management skills
-Ability to identify errors, investigate missing information, and solve problems
-Experience working with product images, SKUs, UPCs, CSV files, or bulk uploads is preferred
-Previous retail or product-based e-commerce experience is helpful but not required
The ideal candidate
You are organized, dependable, and highly productive. You enjoy turning incomplete information into accurate, polished online listings. You can follow established procedures while also identifying ways to improve speed and accuracy. You do not need constant supervision and take ownership of your assigned workload.
Compensation
The base salary for this position is $70,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and demonstrated capabilities.
Performance bonuses will be based on measurable KPIs, including productivity, accuracy, completion of assigned projects, and growth in online sales. A strong performer who consistently meets goals and contributes to the expansion of the company’s e-commerce business will have the potential to earn more than $100,000 annually.
