Kavanah Construction LLC is looking for a dependable Carpenter Apprentice who wants to build real skills and grow in the trade.
We’re a residential general contractor serving Maple Valley and the greater King County area. Our projects include remodels, additions, decks, repairs, and new construction. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to learn, and treats clients’ homes with respect.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Assist with demolition, framing, trim, doors, windows, siding, and general carpentry
• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe
• Handle and maintain tools and materials responsibly
• Follow direction from carpenters and project leaders
• Learn to read plans, understand building details, and complete work to a high standard
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• A genuine interest in learning residential carpentry
• Reliable transportation to jobsites in the King County area
• Ability to work safely, take direction, and communicate clearly
• Physical ability to lift materials and work on your feet throughout the day
• Prior construction experience is helpful, but we’re willing to train the right person
PAY & POSITION
• $24–$30 per hour, depending on experience
