### Pay Rates
- **East Lanes:** $0.80–$1.10+ per mile
- **South Lanes:** $0.70–$0.80+ per mile
- **West Lanes:** $0.60–$0.70+ per mile

## 📋 DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
- Valid CDL-A
- Minimum **2 years of driving experience**
- Clean MVR, PSP, and DAC
- No moving violations within the past 3 years
- No accidents within the past 5 years
- No DUI/DWI within the past 10 years
- Steady work history
- Must pass a background check
- SAP drivers considered upon approval
- Must know and properly perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Must complete all required paperwork accurately and on time
- Must be able to secure the load after every stop
- Must be able to drive **2,000–3,500 miles per week**
- Must complete all pickups and deliveries on time
