At this price you must take a free matching hutch (71"Lx15"Dx36H"). There is a minor crack on the bottom shelve of the left side of the hutch. With some minor cosmetic work it would be unnoticeable.
The first person who can arrive to pick it up is the one who gets it.
Please note, the items are heavy and require at least two persons to move. You must take both items. It will require either a pickup, a trailer, or very large panel van.
The good news is a ground level, one level house and the items are near the front door. Do not expect moving help besides what you bring.
