The warehouse consist of an apartment on the top three bedrooms two bath
The downstairs consist of 5000 ft.²
The front section is 2000 ft.² of retail space with a bathroom washer dryer downstairs. There’s several entrances to the downstairs facility three or four.
Downstairs also consist of 12 foot ceilings 3000 ft.² of wearhouse space.
I’m gonna keep about one more small section that’s branched off in the downstairs from my own storage use. I’m in the construction business and real estate business and I find myself needing a little storage myself.
I also have a lockdown facility for my tools that I keep locked up so that I have a place to store them
I’m also gonna keep my trailers there in the backyard
We are in the construction business and need a little space ourselves
