The location is convenient, offering on-site parking, steps-away access to multiple major bus routes, and an easy walk to grocery stores, gyms, parks, and local amenities.
The Rental Options
(All Utilities Included):
Individual Rooms: Two large rooms available for $1,000/month each, and one cozy room for $900/month.
Property Features & House Culture:
Outside, you'll have access to a massive, pet-friendly backyard with a huge deck, perfect for catching some fresh air. The upstairs kitchen and bathroom are shared with two tenants who live downstairs. On-site parking ,everyone has full access to the shared basement laundry between 11:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
The house lead is an EDM music promoter, so the home has a creative, friendly vibe. While we absolutely respect quiet hours and sleep schedules, you must be genuinely okay with electronic music being played and worked on during daytime hours.
