4 compact and powerful speakers from Realistic
The Realistic Minimus-7 is a legendary, ultra-compact vintage bookshelf speaker. Revered by collectors and budget audiophiles alike, these "little speakers with a punch" ran for over two decades thanks to their surprisingly vast soundstage, clear mid-range, and incredibly tough build quality.
• Enclosure: Die-cast aluminum acoustic suspension (heavy, dense cabinet that prevents flexing)
• Drivers: 4-inch high-compliance woofer and a 1-inch soft fabric dome tweeter
• Power Handling: 40 Watts peak power
• Impedance: 8 Ohms
• Dimensions: 7" H x 4.5" W x 4.25" D
• Weight: ~4.5 lbs (2.03 kg) per speaker
The Strengths: For near-field listening (like a desktop setup), the imaging is exceptional. Because the drivers sit so close together in a rigid, dense shell, they create a sharp, realistic point-source soundstage. Vocals are clear, forward, and highly defined.
