Ideal for one responsible person looking for a simple, peaceful living situation. I’m especially interested in someone with solid handyman, carpentry, woodworking, home repair, or maintenance skills and am open to reducing the monthly cash rent in exchange for agreed-upon work around the property.
RENT OPTIONS:
$1,400/month – utilities included
OR
$1,000/month + approximately 15 hours/month of agreed-upon handyman/home improvement work
Work-trade projects and hours will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Looking for someone who is clean, responsible, respectful, dependable, and skilled with their hands. Carpentry, woodworking, home repair, construction, maintenance, and general handyman experience are especially desirable.
