The restaurant is currently operating with existing customers and revenue. We are seeking a hands-on partner who wants real ownership, not just a job.
Key Terms (Equity Partnership Option):
Contribute $50,000 → Automatically converts to 15% ownership after 12 months of successful operation.
Strong capital protection: Within the first 3 years after conversion, if you choose to exit, you receive a full refund of the $50,000.
After 3 years: Exit based on Fair Market Value (third-party appraisal). Exiting party pays the appraisal cost.
Flexible renewal options: 1-year, 3-year, or 5-year terms with similar conditions.
Buyout right: Option to purchase 100% of the restaurant at the higher of $300,000 or Fair Market Value.
During operation: Partner receives 100% of Net Profit. Owner receives a fixed monthly amount.
This is a real opportunity to:
Fully operate an existing restaurant
Build equity from day one (after the initial period)

Requirements:
Proven restaurant management or ownership experience
Strong operational and financial discipline
Serious long-term commitment
