Meadowbrook Farms Golf Club in Katy is looking for a Chef / Kitchen Manager. Successful candidate should have experience in menu execution, food ordering, food prep, scheduling and leading one full time line cook. Requirements are at least 3 years in a commercial kitchen, be ServeSafe certified. You should be comfortable on the line during all times of the day. You will be making sure the kitchen runs clean, fast, and consistent on every order. Restaurant is only open until 3pm each day so there are few times you would be required to work late into the evening. Club pays for 75% of your health insurance premiums.
