We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented sandblaster/warehouse worker to join our team. In this dual role, you won't be stuck doing one repetitive task. You will be the critical first stage of our production: Abrasive blasting, hanging and racking items, and proper masking to ensure our powder coating finishes are applied smoothly. Job Duties
Rotational Sandblasting schedule- Taking turns weekly, sandblasting
Surface Prep- Cleaning items to eliminate microscopic surface contaminates
Masking and Plugging items for powder coating finishes
Racking and hanging items using problem solving skills and creativity
Equipment Maintenance- Clean blast chambers, refill abrasive media, changing sandblast parts when needed, performing basic maintenance on all blast equipment
Shop Cleanliness- Keeping the prep areas, blast booths, and warehouse organized, safe, and free of excessive dust debris
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Driver's License Required
Ability to stand, bend or crouch for 8 hours a day
Ability to lift 50 to 80+ pounds
Ability to work in confined spaces
