We’re a family-owned jewelry and apparel business looking for a reliable, organized and proactive Studio and Operations Assistant to help keep things running smoothly. We’re hoping to find someone who wants to grow with our company and become a valued, long-term member of our team.
Sustainability is important to us and we value team members who share our commitment to making thoughtful, responsible choices.
Responsibilities:
Process and fulfill online orders accurately and promptly.
Track inventory for jewelry, apparel and supplies.
Monitor stock levels and place restock orders as needed.
Keep the studio, products and materials organized.
Run errands and pick up supplies for the business.
Help improve day-to-day efficiency and organization.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
Proactive, resourceful and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
Basic computer skills, including Excel and Google Workspace.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Living on West Oahu is preferred as our studio is located in Kapolei.
A genuine interest in sustainability and a desire to grow with a small business.

Hours: Approximately 15–20 hours per week
Pay: Starting at $17/hour, depending on experience
Location: Kapolei, Oahu
