Aloha! I have a private bedroom available for rent in a 3/2 townhouse in Kapolei, close to Ho’okele Elementary School. Two middle aged professionals currently live in the home, and we're hoping to find someone with similar interests and lifestyle.

Rent is $1,200 per month, utilities included. $500 refundable deposit. No credit check, your job is your credit. I’m looking for someone that’s tidy, respectful, drama-free, single occupancy with no pets for 6 to 12 months. Street parking is available. You’ll have full access to the common areas to include new kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, WiFi and AC. The room is currently furnished but I can remove the furniture upon request.
