This was an over $5000 couch new- still really good support and in great condition except for the seats/armrests themselves. No rips or tears, but our dog has anxiety and licked the leather repeatedly. It is not ripped, just worn. Quite honestly the rest of the couch is beautiful So if you are willing to cover the seats themselves or do some repair on it, you’d have a great sectional. Purchased from Homeworld, about 6 years ago. Comes in two pieces. It just needs a good cleaning and some sort of cover for the seats.
