CarWash808 Express is looking for friendly, motivated, and dependable individuals to join our team!
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with a car wash purchase and/ or signing up for the Emerald Wash Club Membership, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Promote car wash services and Emerald Wash Club Memberships.
- Process customer transactions and answer questions regarding our services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, dependable, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
