Atlas Sales Co., Inc. is a Supplier and Contractor of Scaffolding and Forming products to Hawaii and the Pacific Basin. We are currently hiring for the Kapolei location. We are seeking a reliable, productive, hardworking individual.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Business degree with a background in finance.
• A minimum of (5) year financial management responsibility in construction.
• Ability to lead, to work independently, prioritize responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles & financial reporting.
• Project accounting
• Quick Books software
• Learn in house software program ABACUS systems
• Ensures compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), company policies & relevant laws & regulations.
• Ability to meet deadlines & handle multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee all aspects of accounting including Accounts Payable.
• Maintain the general ledger & generate reports
• Manages the month end & year end close process including journal
entries & account reconciliations.
• Complies & analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions.
• Occasional Audit of certain General Ledger & Vendor Accounts.
• Works closely with Tax Accountant
Work Schedule: Full time Monday – Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm
Compensation: Pay commensurate w/experience $80K-$120K
Work Location: In person
