We provide essential logistics and sanitation solutions for our clients who rely on us for consistent and high-quality services. We are expanding our service footprint in the greater Kansas City market and are looking for a new team member to help us service our current customers. Position Details
We are currently seeking an Operations Associate for the next 4-5 weeks who will be responsible for duties necessary for the successful wash and sanitation of reusables, as well as logistics and warehouse activities. This is a critical role in the day-to-day operations that will contribute to the overall success of our service.
Our warehouse is located in Independence, a few blocks off of the town square.

Job Type:
This is a part time position that generally works weekdays between 10AM and 6PM.
Compensation:
Starting at $17/hr, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities and Job Elements:
Sort and put reusable material through our sanitization process
Prepare reusable items for delivery
Make deliveries of clean inventory to participating vendors
Collect/Sort returned containers from Bold Reuse and partner drop sites
Record process data accurately
Help manage inventory at Bold Reuse wash facility
Restock marketing materials at partner vendors and drop site locations
Perform opening and closing procedures as needed to support Operations and Warehouse Managers
Requirements:
Ability to communicate clearly, read/write/record data and perform simple mathematical calculations
Reliable transportation; consistently at work and on time
Observes and follows proper safety procedures; willing to report potentially unsafe conditions
Ability to work well as part of a team or individually
Capable of lifting 25-50lbs
Ability to work independently and effectively troubleshoot under stressful conditions
Closed toe shoes with anti-slip soles.
Ideal Candidate Skills
2+ years of operations or production experience
Track record of meeting or exceeding department performance goals
Familiarity with structures and processes that drive successful service operations
Thorough understanding of team dynamics and the ability to implement processes necessary to reliably hire, promote, train, and support a diverse team
Willingness to work alongside the team to gain familiarity with and expertise of our procedures, as well as to support KPIs and revenue goals
Excellent communication skills to convey critical information to all stakeholders (the team, management, and clients)
Demonstrated problem solving skills and analytical skills
Physical Demands:
While working in the warehouse, employees are required to stand for long periods of time, and must wash, carry, lift and manipulate foodware and glassware. While performing their duties, employees will be required to lift up to 40lbs and frequently lift up to 15lbs.
