We’re looking for solid, dependable maintenance guys to help turn over apartments when tenants move out.
We need ALL-AROUND HANDYMEN who can look at a unit and know what needs to be done — and aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty.
The job may include:
• Drywall repair & patching
• Painting & touch-ups
• Basic plumbing
• Basic electrical
• Flooring & trim repairs
• Doors, cabinets & fixtures
• General cleaning and punch-list work
• Whatever else it takes to get the apartment rent-ready
