We crossed paths as you and your friend were leaving and I was on my way in. I was the femme dressed guy with long hair, and you were dressed femme for a party I assume....meant to tell you I loved your outfit or a compliment, but was completely distracted and realized once I was in that I should have said something positive or a compliment.
