General Laborers Wanted - Crawlspace Waterproofing & Restoration Work (Kankakee Area)

Hello,
We are a Smaller Restoration Company specializing in Water Damage, Mold Remediation, Fire Restoration, Waterproofing and Construction located near Joliet, IL - but we have Projects throughout many Suburbs
Looking for General Laborers to Help to assist with an Ongoing Project in the Kankakee Area as well as many Projects we currently have going on throughout.
General Labor Job Duties at the Kankakee Project.
1. Digging in the Crawlspace Perimeter to Install Drainage and for Sump Pump. ( The Crawlspace is well Lighted and 4ft high)
2. Installing the Drainage Pipe to the Trenches
3. Install Gravel once the Piping is in
4. Spraying For Mold ( I will Supply Mask and Suit)
5. Cleaning and Wiping Down pipes and HVAC Ducts and walls.
6. Spraying for Mold - (I will provide Masks and suits as needed)
7. Laying Down New Plastic Once Completed
We get a Variety of Jobs, so some days we will do Demolition Jobs and Some Days we can be doing Construction Jobs.
(We will discuss other Projects once you complete this one)
Must be able to:
1. Work Hard and Be Reliable.
2. Must be in good shape to move around.
3. Must not be afraid of Mold. I've been doing Mold Removal for 17 years. Its not complicated work. just need to be Detailed
MORE REQUIREMENTS:
1. I ask that you are Drug and Alcohol free on my jobs sites.
(If any drug use or alcohol is used on jobs, I will ask you to leave Immediately.)
2. No face tattoos. Or sagging pants.
You must look presentable at all times
3. We ask that if you get dropped off, Noone is waiting for you in the car while you work since we are working at Customers Houses.
4. Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
5. I will Provide all Tools needed for this Project
Job starts tmrw. 9/29/26 in Kankakee, IL Area and should last around 5 Days
9am - 5pm or ($200 Per Day)
Mon - Fri with some Saturdays
Pay is $25 per hour cash.
Ill pay you at the end of each work day. For the rest of the week.
We are professional people/company. with vans. Trailers etc..
We ask that you are professional too.
