This is an fairly large HO Train layout, multi level, two tunnels , 12 switches, bridges, All track and wiring is installed, wired properly with no dead spots, handheld multi loco controller and two auto reversing loops already installed. some buildings included and some layout scenery installed but more can be done and most all of it needs painting etc. Great layout, just purchased a larger building and now looking to go with larger O scale instead . This layout was designed to come down from ceiling and has hooks installed. It is 9'6" by 11'. We have split the layout in half which it is designed to do, so it can easily go through a standard doorway or be loaded on a trailer. That means each piece is 5'6" by 9' and each side weighs about 80lbs. All available rolling stock and two loco's included . Have way more invested in this project than asking price.
