We are seeking a reliable, skilled builder to join our team or independent handyman for upcoming renovation and property improvement projects. We currently have 3+ months of consistent, steady work lined up, with more added daily.
Scope of Work
• Framing: Light framing, wall prep, and layout.
• Drywall / Sheetrock: Hanging, taping, mudding, and finishing.
• Finish Trim & Millwork: Installing baseboards, door casings, and custom wood trim (including staining and trimming out homes up to 2,400 sq ft).
• Tile Installation: Backsplashes, flooring, and custom shower/wall tile.
• Painting: Interior priming, painting, and clean edge touch-ups.
• Project Examples: Framing, sheetrocking, and painting a shop bathroom; full-house trim and stain.
Note: Depending on your specific skill set, certain specialized portions of larger jobs can be subbed out.
Requirements
• Proven hands-on experience in carpentry, drywall, tiling, and finish work.
• Must possess your own full set of trade tools.
• Reliable transportation to local job sites across the Flathead Valley.
• Strong attention to detail, clean work habits, and a high standard of dependability.
Position Details
• Pay: Competitive, DOE (Hourly or Per-Job/Contract rates available).
• Location: Local sites throughout the Flathead Valley.
• Schedule: Immediate start; 3+ months guaranteed workload.
