I'm Peter with Kalispell Contracting - licensed Montana general contractor, 15 years of building experience, owner-operated here in Kalispell. I work with owner-builders a few ways:

- Take over a phase you don't want to do yourself - framing, roofing, siding, dry-in, finish work
- Finish a stalled project and get you to move-in
- Plan review and a walk-through of your build with practical advice on sequencing, materials, and where people usually get in trouble
- Free help altering stock house plans you've bought online before you break ground

No job is too far along or too early. Hourly for consulting, fixed bids for construction work. I'll tell you honestly what makes sense to do yourself and what doesn't.
