Position Summary
Construction Laborers play a vital role in supporting our field crews by maintaining a safe, organized, and productive jobsite. This position works alongside experienced carpenters while assisting with a variety of construction activities throughout the project.
Primary Responsibilities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite.
• Perform daily jobsite cleanup and material management.
• Assist carpenters with construction work, including framing and other interior and exterior scopes.
• Load, unload, and distribute tools, equipment, and building materials.
• Set up and maintain work areas for carpentry crews.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assist with general labor tasks as directed by field supervision.
• Follow all company safety policies and project-specific safety requirements.
• Work collaboratively with project team members to keep work progressing efficiently.
Qualifications
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous construction experience is helpful but not required - we are willing to train motivated individuals.
