How am I paid?: Smaller Jobs Pay up to $40 per hour. Compensation and job details are disclosed before acceptance and can vary a project can pay up to $1000 for between 20 to 40hrs of work. As a pro you can choose which jobs you are willing to accept and what pay rate you are willing to work for. You are always paid directly by the client/employer after completing the assigned work. Earth Care does not hold or handle your funds
When can I work?: Choose opportunities that fit your availability. You can select your preferred travel radius and we show you work orders that meet your requirements There is no penalty for declining an opportunity or acceptance rate to worry about. Once you accept a job its yours and yours only. Earth Care does not give out the same leads to multiple pros at the same time
How do you help me succeed?: Earth Care gives you access to professional training and certification, business and job-search tools, worker networking groups, a personalized professional profile, and the Opportunity Center. By calling our number 833 736 8835 our U.S.-based human support team can also assist with platform questions, client coordination, and access to client leads, Earth Care work-order alerts, and independent job opportunities as they become available. What do I need to apply?: We welcome applicants of all skill levels with no minimum number of years of experience required. Applicants should have some prior paid experience You must be able to travel independently to accepted job locations. Transportation may include your own vehicle, ride share, public transportation, taxi, bicycle, or another reliable method. Your own tools are required for assignments unless your applying for Helper or laborer. A smartphone with reliable internet is required to receive updates and communicate regarding opportunities.
