Looking for individual to work part time in property management shop and part time in maintenance. Skills maintaining equipment, repairing lighting, general ability to disassemble, troubleshoot and reassemble a variety of different equipment. Ability to craft wood, plastics, and metals would be helpful. Ability to sort and organize supplies into various bins and shelves is part of the job. No real heavy lifting or requirement of strenuous tasks. Grounds and shop maintenance is also part of the job. Full time available, if desired. Inquire for further detail.
