📋 To qualify, you must:
- Consent to audio and video recording
- Join the session together with a family member or friend
- Be able to maintain a conversation in English
- Be between 14-76+ years old
- Be able to stand unassisted for 15 min intervals
- Parents or legal guardians may enroll minors (ages 14–17) within the designated minor segment of the form.
- Be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or authorized to work in the USA
- Have a valid Social Security Number (SSN) or Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) registered with the IRS
