Specializing in unique "Hawaiian style" custom home designs created around each client's individual lifestyle, as well as providing construction plans for As-Builts (built without permit), Remodels and additions, Rock Walls, Pools, Landscape Design, and Mechanical, Electrical, and plumbing plans that include everything required to submit for a Hawaii County building permit.
Civil, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering is available as may be required, and our in-house Hawaii-licensed architect stamps each set of plans.
Out-of-state (and local) clients can be provided with a list of "Select" local licensed contractors for competitive cost estimates and professional services through every stage of construction.
We submit our clients' plans electronically to the building department to avoid them dealing with any "red tape," allowing them to simply track their permit progress online.
Plans are done within 30 - 45 days, and we stay through until the project is completed.
