This self-contained unit includes air conditioning, a kitchenette with kitchen wares, a toaster oven, microwave and single burner hot plate. For sleeping enjoy a queen-sized dedicated bed, flat screen TV, sheets, linens and towels for two. Other bonuses include three free rotating streaming services along with a strong WIFI internet access. There's ample free parking in our lot. Its entry/entrance is private and separate from other units with its own security digital smart lock and physical key option.

As part of rent, all utilities, power, water, cable, internet and garbage are included. First and last months rent is due upon reservation and will include an additional $250.00 security deposit to be returned the day of check-out in cash. Rent will be paid on a month to month basis. No mail on premises.
