I travel between my offices in 7 states. I currently have lived in maui for 18 years and due to my travel schedule have rented in maui lani area for last 15years. I'm in search of house and pet sitting position to have some time with animals and to myself. I have an intense schedule working in multiple states and still am dependably available for 20 weeks a year here in maui! I currently fly every other week here so could check on property every other week while staying and taking care of your property. With advanced notice can accomodate schedule of home owner for 2027! I have extensive professional resume and have a home sitter myself in state of washington, who also loves to come and house sit in maui so there is possibility of having more than 20 weeks available! I'm open to moving from my location if an extreme fit so if want to rent to me also can be possibility.
First questions likely:
I could purchase my own home but due to me being here less than 21 weeks I do not want to be considered a outsider and pay out of state taxes :). This is the only reason I do not own my own property here. I have time to interview the week of october 18-24th, november 6th-10th in person or can interview by zoom or facetime most days.
