Location: Various jobsites around Maui, HI
Pay: Starting at $25.00 / hour
Bonus: $1,200 Sign-Up Bonus (Paid out in quarterly installments)
Hours: 50 to 80 project hours per month (Highly flexible)

About the Role
Are you self-employed, a freelancer, or an independent contractor looking to fill the gaps in your schedule with consistent, high-paying hours? We are seeking a reliable, versatile, and motivated individual for a part-time, project-based role.
This position offers a highly flexible schedule built around our monthly project flow. It is perfect for someone who manages their own time but wants to pick up stable extra income on Maui. No weekends or nights required, we are only open M-F and 7:30-4:30.
What We Do & What We Welcome
Our projects span a variety of light industrial, commercial, and specialty maintenance tasks. Experience in any of the following fields is highly appreciated, but not required:
• Industrial-level janitorial or commercial deep cleaning
• Tile or masonry work
• Painting, staining, and refinishing
We are fully willing to train the right person! If you have a strong work ethic and are eager to pick up new trade skills, you will thrive here.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
• Reliability: Must have a dependable cell phone and your own reliable transportation to travel to various jobsites across Maui.
• Physical Stamina: Willing and able to work both indoors and outdoors. You must be comfortable operating small hand tools and commercial-sized floor machines for long durations. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work physically for an 8 hour day.
• Professionalism: Ability to take and closely follow directions, maintain a professional demeanor, and bring a positive attitude to the jobsite every day.
• Versatility: Comfortable working entirely independently on some tasks, while collaborating smoothly as part of a team on others.
• Communication & Detail: A consistent, clear communicator with high attention to detail and a willingness to learn whatever skills are required for each unique project.
