Old School Landlords out there? Where prospective tenants come view your rental with you. The prospective tenants like the place and both parties are cool with one another. Then, the tenants give the rent money and deposit..landlord gives them the receipt, keys, and both parties sign the lease. That's it!
If there are any Old School Landlords, please answer this ad.. a good tenant is waiting. Some of the following what I am looking:
*Rent to a couple for long term.
*Rent at a reasonable rate.
*No shared spaces.
*Utilities included
*W/D and parking on property.
