CCF Maui Construction Inc., a commercial and residential construction company, is seeking an experienced estimator/project manager to be in charge of:
- New project measurements, layouts, and takeoffs
- Field workers assist as needed.
- Job estimating, bid collection from subcontractors, and client, architect, engineer, and vendor interactions
- Job scheduling and bid submissions utilizing Microsoft Office
- Field superintendent support in daily forms, material ordering, and accurate layout creation
- Admin office assistance providing all records and reports for ongoing and upcoming projects.
We are seeking a professional, dynamic, focused, honest, well-organized, and people-oriented individual (not overly talkative, but rather direct and professional).
