Looking for a dependable, motivated individual to assist with commercial facility maintenance projects. Most work is performed off hours in commercial setting while businesses are closed.
Work Includes
* Tile repair and installation
* Drywall repair and finishing
* Metal framing
* Carpentry
* Door and window repairs
* Ceiling tile replacement
* Demolition
* Painting
* General facility maintenance
* Equipment moving and jobsite cleanup
Requirements
* Minimum 1–2 years of construction or maintenance experience
* Ability to accurately read a tape measure and follow measurements
* Experience using common hand and power tools
* Reliable transportation suitable for overnight travel between job sites
* Valid driver’s license
* Must have non-slip work shoes
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work on ladders
* Dependable, punctual, and able to arrive on time for scheduled jobs
* Willing to work overnight and travel throughout South Florida
Pay
$20.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated ability. Opportunities for wage increases based on performance, reliability, and skill.
Travel mileage reimbursement.
Schedule
* Part-time, as needed
* Primarily early morning, evening and overnight, shifts
