We are now hiring Vendors in the following fields:
Cleaners for vacant homes!
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN TOUCH UP CLEANS, RE FRESH CLEANS, FULL MOVE IN CLEANS.
We do require you to pull out appliances to clean behind them, clean inside windows in all rooms and inside an out windows by all entry doors to our properties. We do require you to clean all fans and light fixtures.
We do provide you a cleaning checklist that you have to fill out and leave on the counter when done.
We DO QC INSPECT ALL CLEANS FOR OUR CLIENTS.
We pay .18 cents a sq foot on full move in cleans.
Each work order will have the price it pays.
We do not provide any cleaning chemicals.
*We pay twice a month
*We work for Management Companies, Realtors and Investors
*We use an app called Jobber for all your work orders with your labor price
*1099 Contractor will receive a 1099 at the end of the year for your taxes
*QUALIFICATIONS TO BE A VENDOR
*Honest
*Reliable
*Reliable transportation to and from properties
*Cell phone that allows apps to be downloaded
*Able to take good, clear before and after photos
*Clear communication
*Follow directions on work orders
*Good personal and professional reference

We will then send you a vendor application to fill out. and once we have verified your references, we will then call you in for a face-to-face interview. If we align and you feel we are a good fit for you and we feel the same we will then do your new hire paperwork and get you set up in Jobber to start receiving work orders.
