The machine has had only light household use, typically making around four to eight coffees per day, and has never been used in a café or other commercial setting.
It has been professionally serviced four times during our ownership-considerably more frequently than would ordinarily be required for this level of domestic use-and is in perfect working order. In between services it has been cleaned/backwashed after use each day.
