One of the upstairs bedroom has a bonus office/den room. Very little yard maintenance. No fenced back yard, but plenty of space on the front and side between the two units. Zoned for neighborhood commercial. Lots of parking. Security deposit required and first month rent for move-in. Last month rent strongly preferred at move-in but may be acceptable within 2 months with good rental history and credit. Credit and background check with application form/fee. Strongly prefer no pets, additional pet fee if one cat is approved (no dog).
