This camper is being sold cheap due to needing some repairs. Looks like something fell on the rear top corner. Water did get in it but it does not have that moldy smell, and I didn't see any mold when I taped it up. If someone has a few carpentry skills it will be an easy fix.
I want to be absolutely clear on this... This camper is being sold exactly the way that it was brought in from the auction. I have not checked anything on it. I'm not interested in hooking it up or spending any time on it, that is why it is so cheap. Come take a look and decide if it is within your skill set to mess with but it is being sold exactly the way you see it. It is a bit messy, but it has good bones as the old saying goes.
It has a salvage title due to the damage. Will come with all the paperwork to get it registered.
