Need to prepare a Rental or a Home for sale? Just moved in and want some Plumbing or Lighting upgrades? I'm John and I have been doing residential maintenance my entire life. I'm not a carpenter but I am someone who was raised in a family with Rental Properties and became a Maintenance Supervisor for many years in the industry. I take care of the needs of many Homeowners, Property Managers, Realtors and Landlords. Here's my skill set:
* Plumbing Work - Toilet repair, install, and unclogging, Faucets, Valves, Garbage Disposals, Drain Line install, Shower/Tub drips...most plumbing outside the walls in the home.
* Light Electrical/Lighting Projects- I even have an electrical licence from the state (needs renewal)
* Hardware- locks, doors, drawers, window treatment installs, etc.
* Drywall Patching
* Small Painting Projects and Caulking
* Dishwasher, Range Hood, and Over the Range Microwave Installation
* Water Heater Replacement- Gas and Electric (separate pricing for Water Heater installs starting at $320-)
* Flip, Rental, and Sales Prep Consulting
I am available Monday thru Saturday and some evenings. Just $54/HR 2 Hour Minimum. If you want me to pick up supplies that figures into my rate. Cash, PayPal or Zelle only payable immediately at the end of the work day/project. No bid work- hourly only. Receipt available on request. Trip Fee may apply. Can provide references.
