My name is William Swanson, I am 39 years old and have been working in the trades since I was 17. I have done handyman man work for roughly half of that time and framing and finish carpentry the rest. I used to work on rentals for landlords and property management companies and also local homeowners doing general repairs including plumbing, sheetrock, tape texture and paint, appliance installation and repair, roofing, tile, cabinet installation...almost anything you can think of that needed to be done on or around a home. After all that I started I started getting jobs with framing contractors and began learning how to build custom homes, siding and interior finish and this is what I've been doing ever since, about eight years now. All of my education and experience has been on the jobsite by mentors and coworkers willing to teach. My highest level of schooling is a high school diploma. I have taken and passed my OSHA 10 course and I am also certified to operate a gradall through the last company I worked for. Hardworking, team player, always willing to learn and develop my skills, customer friendly, positive attitude and attention to detail. I have references upon request.
