The Joshua Tree property is health-conscious and clean-living, with a preference for organic, all-natural, chemical-free products in the home and shared spaces. These are non-smoking properties — gummies etc. are fine. The 29 Palms location prefers non-toxic, organic, but it’s not a deal breaker if you’re a healthy, clean person. Basic wi-fi, water & trash included.
Instructional classes, community and spiritual events may take place on the premises from time to time, so applicants should be respectful of a peaceful, community-minded environment.
