We are looking for a property manager that can start TODAY to help with a campsite in Joshua Tree near BLM in Sunfair. Your work would entail making sure the property is prepared and ready for our hipcamp guests. You'd make sure all microtrash and any regular trash is taken off property, the fire ring looks good and the deck and picnic table are all ready for the guests. Our hipcampers are instructed to pack in/pack out their trash and are usually great about it but sometimes people mistake our unfenced property for BLM and leave trash.
On the site is a picnic table, wooden deck, fire ring and stone ring enclosing the site. We have campers coming tomorrow and we've had three people flake on us so please be reliable, know your way around the desert and live close to sunfair. Once you take pics of our property showing it looks in good shape for renters, we Venmo you $45. Since this time is so last minute I will be adding $15, so $60 total this first visit. This will be a recurring gig for someone who communicates well by text message and phone call and shows up reliably. Please email with a phone number that receives calls and text.
