About the Job
We are a busy painting company specializing in vacant apartment turnovers. We train new hires at $16/hr, then move them to performance pay (paint/drywall techs make 50k-70k+/year) once they can complete units on their own. If you’re reliable, motivated, and want to earn more by working fast & efficiently, this is a great opportunity.
Pay Structure
Training Pay:
$16/hr
Training lasts 1–4 weeks depending on experience
After Training (Performance Pay):
Paid per unit
Most painters earn $150–$330/day depending on speed and unit availability
Higher earnings possible as volume increases

What You’ll Do
Paint vacant apartments during tenant turnovers
Patch small drywall repairs
Prep, cut‑in, roll walls, trim, and doors
Work solo once trained
Keep units clean and ready for inspection
