Speckled hound breed has been laying under a truck for weeks. It appears to be waiting for it's owner. I have been giving it table scraps when I can but it needs to be fed and cared for. I will call animal control if it is not claimed. Located at the Links apts. 1500 Links drive all the way down the street by the office/pro shop under a red Ford pickup.
