drop and hook is hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for our OTR lanes. We offer competitive per-mile pay, steady miles, new-model equipment, and consistent home time, we highly support 🎖️ military and veteran personnel.
💰 Pay & Compensation
Base Pay: $0.60 to $0.67 per mile (CPM) (Based on experience )
Average Weekly Gross: $1,700 – $2,200+ per week dry van and reefer
Average Miles: 2,500 – 3,100+ miles per week
Additional Pay:
*🎖️ Military and veteran personnel special Bonuse **thank you for your service** : +.025 CPM
*Addition Stop Pay: $30.00 per stop after 1st stop
*Layover / Breakdown Pay: 150$
*Clean Inspection Bonuses : 150$
*weekly payment for laundry : 10$
*1-week Paid Vacation after 1st year
Quarterly safety bonus
* $0.02 per mile for qualifying drivers

* Ability to run 2500-3100+ miles per week on average
* No NYC routes
* Ability to pass a DOT background check and drug test
